Synopsis: A thought-provoking nonunion commercial campaign challenging the snap judgments we make about people’s bodies. A powerful invitation to replace stigma with care and understanding.

Shoot Date: September 11, 2025

Location: Studio Location TBD in either Baltimore or D.C.

Usage:
6 weeks buyout - Broadcast with option to renew next year for additional rates

Work Requirement:
If cast, talent must be able to self-report to set in Baltimore/DC Area. Production does not cover travel expenses for talent to set.
Talent will be required on set for a half day.

ROLES:
Plus Size Job Candidate (Interviewee) - Plus size man - 30-65 - any race, ethnicity, hair styles.
Rate: $800 + 20% agency fee (where applicable)
AUDITION DIRECTIONS:
All nonverbal acting and reacting through the face and body.
A plus size man walks into frame and sits down for an interview. As he’s getting settled in the chair and has a pleasant smile, he catches the interviewer look him up and down. It makes him uncomfortable but he brushes it off because maybe he imagined it. The reaction should be subtle but it’s a bit of shame, discomfort or judgement.

Job Recruiter (Interviewer) - Male or Female Talent 30-65, any race, ethnicity or hairstyle.
Should be confident in giving subtle judgmental look/facial reaction.
Rate: $800 + 20% agency fee (where applicable)

The interviewer is already seated and a plus size job candidate walks into the room. As he’s getting settled in the chair and has a pleasant smile, the interviewer glances him up and down in a subtly judgmental way.

Plus Size Patient in Doctor's Office - Plus size woman or man - 30-65 - any race, ethnicity, hair styles.
Rate: $800 + 20% agency fee (where applicable)
AUDITION DIRECTIONS:

A plus size patient walks into frame and steps on the scale at the doctor’s office. The reaction should be subtle but it’s a bit of shame, discomfort or judgement.

Plus Size Teen or Adult in Gym - Male or Female Talent 13-60
Either in a school setting or at a fitness center. Any race, ethnicity or hair style.
Rate: $800 + 20% agency fee (where applicable)

All nonverbal acting and reacting through the face and body.
A plus size teen or adult in gym being selected last for dodge ball. There’s a feeling of shame in being chosen last, left out or judgment as all eyes are on them.

Either in school setting or fitness center. Any race, ethnicity, gender, hair style.

A plus size woman at a checkout line. She’s unloading her groceries onto the belt and she catches a glance and a silent assumption by the checkout person. Then she looks at the customer behind her. She feels a bit of shame or discomfort in the judgment.

Should be confident in giving subtle judgmental look/facial reaction.
