Nonunion Promo Video for Bank & Senior Living Center

Synopsis: This nonunion promo video is a collaboration between a bank and senior living community. The concept is Partnership Built on Purpose in a People-First Mission to showcase partnership built on aligned values and deep trust.

Rate: $2800 per person + 20% agency fee (where applicable)
Usage:

·       24 months paid use; archival rights for organic web use

·       CTV, paid social, digital

·       Perpetual organic web & social

·       worldwide for web & social

Filming Date: October 17th, 2025
Filming Location: Retirement Community in Rockville, MD
Work Requirements: If cast, talent must be able to self-report to set in Rockville, MD.  Production doesn’t coordinate travel for talent to set.


Roles:  
3-4 Talent
between the ages of 55-85 to pose as residents at an independent senior living community in Rockville, MD. We're casting a diverse range of talent from races, ethnicities, looks and sizes.


We’re submitting the following audition materials for each person.
1 professional headshot (if you have one)
1 CURRENT selfie (taken today)
1 CURRENT full length picture (taken today)
1 slate video
Your height, weight & location
1 link to your commercial reel or website if you have one
