Nonunion Corporate Campaign for a Government-Sponsored Lender
Synopsis: This photo & video corporate project highlights the people and partnerships behind a government-sponsored enterprise that purchases mortgages from lenders and bundles them into mortgage-backed securities showcasing employees and collaborators in authentic, natural office moments. Scenes will include conference meetings, hallway greetings, cube-side collaboration and light workplace interactions. All roles are nonspeaking and will involve featured action and light background. Talent should feel genuine, approachable, and professional.
Shoot Dates: November 12, 13 & 14 – full shoot days
Shoot Location: Client offices in Downtown DC
** Talent must be DC-area locals. No travel or lodging provided.
Rates:
Talent Fee: $800 per day
*Full buyout included in talent fee*
Agency fee: +10% (where applicable)
Usage: Full buyout includes Website, HR, PR and Print
Roles
Roles:
A realistic mix of talent who look like office professionals across genders and races, ages 25–60. All roles are nonspeaking and will involve featured action and light background. We’re specifically now casting the 2 following roles…
· 1 Caucasian MAN - late 20s to mid 30s – shooting on 11/13 only
· 1 Caucasian MAN - 50s/60s – shooting on 11/12 and 11/14
All must be comfortable being directed in natural office scenarios (greeting, walking, chatting, typing, etc.).
Day 1 – 11/12:
Employees with mortgage professionals and external partners.
Small and large conference room meetings, lobby greetings, handshakes.
Day 2 – 11/13:
Office setups — cubes, desks, hallways, small offices, café spaces.
Subtle background actions (walking, typing, light interaction).
Day 3 – 11/14:
Video focus day. Similar setups as prior days.
CASTING NOTES:
We’ll be Casting from photos only.
All submissions must be DC-area locals or able to work as local hire for all three days.

And this isn’t a presentation with a white board. It’s more of a casual conversation seated at a conference table with fellow employees/coworkers. And please note that this is a mortgage business office and the attire is business casual (not suits/ties). If possible, please shoot off-center or look off-center as if you're speaking to people in a conference room. Ie. don't stare down the camera lens. And if you could please upload your video to this dropbox link, that would be great. Production is looking for natural action for their b roll (not stiff or nervous).
